implementation of solutions and tools, including Midla Platform;
development of custom components and integrations.

The specific scope of each project is defined in the commercial proposal agreed with each client.

3. Proposals and engagement

Services are provided based on a specific written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties, detailing scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, custom developments and integrations built for a client under a project become the client's property once fully paid for, without prejudice to MIDLA Consulting's own tools, methodologies, and components reused in their creation.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any commercial, technical, or operational information shared under a project, and to use it solely for the project's purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

MIDLA Consulting provides its services using commercially reasonable efforts in line with standard industry practice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of implemented solutions.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The version published on this site is always the one in effect.
